What we collect
From our LinkedIn form. When you submit our form on LinkedIn, LinkedIn shares what you entered with us: your first and last name, email address and company, which software you'd like to stop paying for, and roughly what it costs a month. We also see which of our ads you responded to and when. LinkedIn's privacy policy covers how LinkedIn itself handles your information.
When you book a call. We schedule calls through Calendly. We receive what you enter when you book, such as your name, email address and the time you choose. Calendly's privacy policy covers how Calendly handles it.
When you email or message us. Your contact details and what you write.
When you visit our website. Our website host records basic technical information, such as the pages visited, the type of browser and how quickly pages load. It uses a cookie that expires after 30 minutes to count visits, and our security provider may set a similar short-lived cookie to block automated traffic. These providers, and Google (which supplies our fonts and a tag manager), also receive your IP address. When you click a "Book a call" link, our site adds short tags to the link, such as the name of the ad campaign or page that brought you to us, and Calendly saves them with your booking. If you play a video on our site, it plays from YouTube, which may set its own cookies, including for advertising, under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- reply to you and follow up about your request, including the free prototype you asked about;
- schedule and hold our calls;
- see which ads and pages bring people to us;
- keep our site secure and meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with advertisers. We share it only with companies that provide services to us, such as email, scheduling, website hosting and security, and AI tools that help us read, draft and send messages. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we're in touch about your project, and generally delete it within 12 months of our last contact, unless we need it longer for legal reasons. If you become a client, our agreement with you sets how we handle your information. Copies held by LinkedIn and Calendly follow their own policies.
Your choices
- To ask what information we have about you, to correct it or to delete it, email info@agenticsoftwareinc.com.
- To stop hearing from us, reply "stop" to any message from us, or email us.
Other details
- Security. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.
- Children. Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
- Do Not Track. We don't track you across other websites (YouTube may, if you play a video), and our site doesn't respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
- Location. We're based in the United States. The companies we use may process information in the U.S. and other countries.
- Changes. If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the effective date at the top.
