The people behind it.
Gus is on every engagement, from the first call to delivery, so nobody gets handed off to a stranger after signing. These are the people who make that possible.
- Gus Chanfreau, Founder — fifteen years and every level of it, from junior developer to $100M enterprise contracts.
- Hugo Stam, Engineering recruiter, LATAM — an industrial engineer with seven years running operations and international procurement across Chile.
- Michael Jesmin, Partner — close to twenty years architecting AI systems across aerospace, life sciences and semiconductors.
- Jeffrey C. Friedman, Partner — nearly thirty years in physical security, working on critical infrastructure and government facilities.
Registered in Virginia, working with U.S. companies. We hire in the U.S., in Latin America because the time zones line up with American teams, and in Japan because of the work ethic.
Built at every level, from junior developer to $100M contracts.
Gus Chanfreau studied Computer Science and AI at Columbia. He then spent fifteen years being promoted through every engineering level there is, from junior developer to supervisor to solutions lead, shipping systems used by hundreds of thousands of people and contributing to several $100M+ enterprise contracts.
Along the way he built AI platforms that save clients over $462,000 a year in manual work, took enterprise generative AI through federal security and compliance review when no precedent existed, and led cross-functional teams of ten to fifteen from pitch to production.
Then he started going to hackathons. First in the U.S., then across Latin America and Japan. He kept meeting people whose ability matched anyone he had worked with, who had no route to the work. That is the other half of the company.
He is loyal to the people who work with him and expects the same back, which is an old-fashioned way to run a company and the reason most of the team is still here.

Why this company exists: at 19, I automated 25 jobs. Seventeen people were let go.
I was one of the people doing that data entry. I built the thing that replaced the work, including my own, and handed it to the company. Profits doubled.
A business that keeps paying people to do work a machine can do is a business that eventually cannot pay anyone. Serving the group sometimes costs the individual, and pretending otherwise is dishonest.
I was the one creating the value, and value is what decides who stays.
Two halves of the same idea.
- Half one — we take work away. AI agents, automation, and custom software that remove the repetitive parts of a business. Over $10M in savings we can document, and a habit of going back at 60 days to check the number was real.
- Half two — we hand work to people who could not reach it. We find engineers in places the market has not looked yet, test them properly, and place them with U.S. companies. They earn far more than they could at home. The client pays far less than they would here.
Automate everything and you have a company nobody wants to work for. Hire endlessly and you have a company that cannot scale. The job is knowing which work belongs to a machine and which belongs to a person.
Four principles. No exceptions.
These apply the same way to a client and to an engineer. That is the point of having them.
- 01 Honesty, and keeping your word. If you say five o'clock, you are there at five or earlier. If you say you will send something every Friday, it is there every Friday, in the fifty-second week as much as the first.
- 02 The group comes before you. A company, a team, a family. Being part of one means it sometimes costs you personally, and that is the price of being in it rather than an unfortunate side effect. We do not hire people who need to be the most important person in the room.
- 03 Loyalty. We hold on to people as long as we can without it becoming our own undoing. That goes for engineers and for clients. Things change, work dries up, budgets move, and we hold on anyway, right up to the point where holding on would take the whole company down with it.
- 04 Empathy. Being attuned to what clients and team members are feeling and what they need, before anyone has to say it out loud. People leave long before they resign, and clients go quiet long before they leave. Noticing that early is a real part of the job here, not a soft extra.
Whether you need the machines or the people, let us talk.
The assessment is free, and so is finding out we are not the right fit.
